You will meet with Dr. Gargano for a breast lift consultation before a date is set for your surgery. This will allow the surgeon to learn about your goals for the procedure. He will perform a physical examination and go over your medical history, including allergies and any past procedures.

Dr. Gargano will talk to you about the procedure in great detail, discussing preparation steps, the Ying-Yang Breast Lift itself, and all recovery instructions. Make sure to ask any questions you may have.

THE MASTOPEXY RECOVERY AND HEALING PROCESS

Once your breast lift is complete, you will be able to return home to heal. The recovery process will involve taking time off from work and avoiding physically strenuous activities. Bruising and swelling will be present but will fade over time. Painkillers may be prescribed, along with antibiotics. Wearing a surgical bra will be necessary in order to support the tissues as they heal.

You will need to come in for a follow-up appointment so that Dr. Gargano can check on the status of your mastopexy healing. Your sutures will be removed, and Dr. Gargano will ensure that no complications have occurred.

Once all healing is complete and swelling has ameliorated, the final results of your breast lift can be seen. Patients can enjoy perkier breasts with improved shape and symmetry.

WHAT IS BREAST LIFT SURGERY LIKE?

Dr. Francesco Gargano has extensively trained around the world and is committed to healing through individualized care. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. He is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Dr. Gargano received his medical degree from the Sapienza University of Rome in Italy, graduating magna cum laude.
